There was a fly problem in my room, broken furniture. Not a clean room

Our initial room was dirty. Bathroom sink did not drain, black hair in the tub, grudge and dirt in corners, coffee maker broken, an odor greeted us when we first entered. The next morning Catalina, listened to us, and put us in another room right away. This room was clean and we were very satisfied and thankful for this change. Made the rest of our stay comfortable. We were thankful for this.
The one problem which was nightly was the environment around the hotel. The entire area had questionable people wandering about. We never felt safe going out to our car. Even our family who came once to pick us up felt unsafe with the surroundings, referring to it as sketchy. They live in Lethbridge and said this was not a good place.

The elevator was a little slow to get moving (5 minutes). The carpet in the room really needs to be cleaned. Likewise the two chairs need a serious wipe down. Otherwise, the room was clean and very functional.

It was a very short stay. Arrived late at night and left early the next morning. Did not explore the hotel. Was just breaking up a very long drive to my final destination

The room smelled like urine and stinky feet, the bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower and bath. There were a lot of loud drunks staying at the hotel. The elevator was really slow and outdated. The key card mechanisms are old and didn’t work very well and the room door got stuck trying to open it. But on a positive side the staff were friendly.

Hotel is in pretty good shape despite age. Only draw back is the area looks to be not the best neighborhood, other then that its good place for a stayover.

Stayed for a night and i say it was worth the value. Clean room, fast and easy check in and check out.

We like this hotel because the staff are very friendly and efficient. The parking lot could use some work though and the attached Denny's breakfast was very greasy and pricy.

Have stayed here many times through Expedia. Always have a good experience here. Staff and friendly and very pleasant. Amenities are nice and dining is convenient as is location

The room was clean and comfortable. Shower worked well. We slept well. Front desk staff were friendly, did their jobs quickly.
One complaint. The bar staff showed how much they didn’t want to be there. Gone most of our time in there. They could have made more sales but we didn’t see them much. Had to chase them down to get cutlery and napkins.
