When checking in i booked 2 rooms and the hotel messed up check in by giving me and my guest 1 room, when we realised we had to go back to reception and sort this out. Surely when i first checked in bith rooms would have appeared.

Food at Terraces Restaurant was very nice.
Overall the accommodation is nice, but some parts do look a bit dated.

i did not even realise but on arrive got free dinner for 2, free drinks and $50 voucher per night. Valet parking was a bit expensive but the free voucher took care of that for me

The resort is world class. Food is excellent and the service is second to none. We had a small issue in our room and management immediately attended to the matter. Their compassion and professionalism was impeccable. Overall, our family really enjoyed the experience. We would happily stay again in the future.

Modern contemporary decor, very calming palette used. Very spacious room, loved the corner soaking bath (that’s the main reason we stayed here) even though it took forever to fill the bath (it was worth the wait). Room service was fantastic, and all staff were courteous and friendly, we had a great experience. Went to Terraces for breakfast, yum yum, then went for a walk around the outdoor pool area and along the beach. Hands down 100% nicer than Versace where we have stayed several times. Will most definitely be coming back again, just stunning!
