Ed’s were comfortable, staff friendly and dinner at Carvers excellent.

The check in was simple. Room was beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool super busy however it’s because it’s great! 5 different pools, my children loved that as did many other parents. Family friendly! The breakfast was delicious, room service was great! Right downtown Saskatoon. Skating rink across the street with an overlook to the river. Definitely will be a returning costumer.

The bed was fantastic. Nice and firm. Breakfast was very good at Scarlet. Probably rate this hotel 9/10.

Great place to stay. The only problem was that the waterslides were not working when I got there so I could not invite my family and their kids to come and enjoy them, which was part of the reason I originally booked. All that being said, I felt it was good value and would stay there again.

The room was very nice, and the pool was awesome

There was an incident between other guests occur on our floor to the point were police were called. The night managers response when my husband told him what was happening was "what do you want me to do about it, it's a Friday night in Saskatoon". If I was staying at a motel, maybe I'd expect this response.... not at a Sheraton. Super disappointing and scary experience for my family.

Domestic dispute woke up our entire floor, security, police, screaming, doors slamming. Staff did not acknowledge anything until my husband brought it up. $20 parking taken off bill.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.
The housekeeping staff was the exact opposite.
We were awakened before 8 a.m. by the repeated slamming of doors to other rooms as the staff went in and out. This continued until we checked out.

It was as wonderful as our stay when we were married there 2 years ago. My only complaint would be regarding the waterslide my little one was almost taken out by a group of 5 making a train on the waterslide. A little more supervision there as there was lots of littles trying to slide down too.

The property is in the heart of downtown so you are a short walk or drive from dining and entertainment options. The pool facilities are fantastic, especially for a family. Huge water slide and multiple pools (hot tub, wading pool) make it a great place to relax with the family. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
