Room 110 in holiday inn express Icot center was very damp all 3 days of our stay. Smelled strongly of mold. Floor was extremely dirty. All other facilities very nice.

I needed a place to stay in a quick trip to Florida to visit my aging mother who was sick. This facility was priced right and was very clean with attentive staff. While I did not use the pool or exercise room I did notice that both areas were well cared for and clean.
I would stay at this facility again should the need arise.

Patrick, Greg and the rest of the hotel staff were amazing. They were pleasant, helpful and so nice to my family and I. Hotel was in a great location for shopping, eating and parking. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The pool was nice as well. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Other than the room itself being spacious and clean, the rest of the place smelled like weed, literally a few minutes away from a functioning jail, parking was all beat up, jacuzzi shown on the online pics is no longer there, pool is full of mosquitoes from the nasty lake in the back, the front desk lady that was there when we arrived was very rude, will never stay here again.

Awesome hotel. Everyone was excellent. The only issue was the parking is shared with other businesses. You have to get there in the evening to get a parking spot.

I had 3 flights cancelled in 36 hours during the Delta computer fiasco, and could not get a refund for any of my planned 3 day stay from Holiday Inn or Hotels.com. I will never stay at Holiday Inn Express again, or use Hotels.com again. A member of IHG rewards program and frequent user of their properties, but never again.

This was the first time being at this particular Holiday Inn, but they did not disappoint at all!! Easy check in, they actually let us check in early, the front desk was awesome and so so nice. We stayed for 3 nights and we got to our room and the ac wasn't blowing that great so the maint. man came and looked at it and they ended up switching our rooms and the offered to help us move our things and apologized so many times. My son has extreme asthma so he has to have good airflow. They were all so very nice the maint. guy, the front desk people, the maids they were all great. But I want to personally thank the girl Brianna at the front desk, she was just so wonderful and helpful and talked with my kiddos and was just very personable and great! Thank you for the things you did Brianna to make me and my family feel welcome and at home, you have no idea how much I appreciate it!

It was just a night, but was amazing. They guy on the front desk, I forgot to ask for his name, was so nice. The room was clean and spacious. Love that have shampoo and conditioner and soap. The housekeepers were so nice (we asked for more coffee because we were 4). And the breakfast, was hot and good from omelette to cinnamon rolls and juices, yogurt and chocolate milk. Definitely will come nack
