Only complaints is the paper thin walls, can hear heard my neighbors cell phone ring at one point. And TV blaring, conversations and doors slamming. But clean and comfy. Not a bad place to stay for the money

Comfy cozy slept well.
Some staff members were very rude had bad attitudes towards custo.ers.

The Staff is always friendly and nice .. only draw back is the $150 Deposit and you dont know when you will get it back

The desk clerk and staff were not welcoming or friendly at all. We asked not to be put in an adjoining room but that's what we got. The people in the room above us were very loud. Thy need more sound proofing between floors. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast staff was not friendly or nice.

My state was just a quick overnight but it was quite pleasant and comfortable and breakfast was pretty yummy

There was so much wrong room was ready at 4pm.. dirty.. furniture should have been thrown away more stains than a porn set.. new carpet had huge brown stain in middle.. room incomplete.. tv smelt like burnt dust when on.. like 3 items to eat foe continental breakfast.. swimming pool closed.. elevator closed.. half the entrances closed.. yea prob wont be back

The property is under remodel, under staffed, and in need of some better management. Room had no toilet paper when I checked in, not something I check before I need it.

45 minutes to check in. Employee was new. Spent a lot of time with one couple then left the desk. Upon coming back, she pretty much disregarded another couple’s complaint about noise above them. When I got checked in, I parked my car, gathered all my stuff and trekked to my room to find that my key didn’t work. Had to trek back to the office with all my bags and wait in line to get another key. Being 74 years old and trying. I had to wait with my bags until she waited on others. She compared me to her two year old.

Key cards didn’t work half the time, there was water all over the bathroom floor and blood on the toilet seat when we arrived in our room.

This property was under construction, the front desk informed me at check in that the elevators may not be available.

Checkout would have taken twice as long had I not stopped the staff from talking. I was in a hurry to get to a wedding and they were chatting about the system software and not helping get me checked in. When I got the the (clean) room, there was no iron or ironing board. I called the front desk and was told they had no boards, but did have an iron they’d bring up momentarily. 20 minutes later we went down and picked it up ourselves. There’s no coffee pot in the room, either. Overall, I will visit this hotel in the future, as they’re going through renovations and just changed to a Travelodge recently. I hope to give them five stars next time!

Extremely dirty. AC unit was junked up with dirt, hair in shower, red lipstick on the sheets. Bed was super uncomfortable. We left and went to a Marriott

The newly renovated areas like lobby and breakfast area was great. Staff was good and breakfast guy was great!

Freshly remodeled, some remodeling still going on, didn't interrupt my stay. Bed was comfy, Clean and updated. Continental breakfast had hard boiled eggs.

I needed to use the microwave in the breakfast area because the NEW one in my room didn't heat.
I was told that some were dropped and not working, but they didn't know which one's. Testing them seems pretty simple, but apparently they didn't think of that.
