The worst hotel we've ever stayed at in this price range, we were amazed at the lack of quality and service for the price! Very disappointed by our 200€ a night room: - in dire need of refurbishing - holes and tears in the curtains, with suspicious black stains - 2 single beds instead of the double bed we requested, not nice for a couple on a getaway - mattress so firm that we hardly slept and hurt our back - room was very cold and no possibility to change the temperature - very basic and old bathroom, with chipped tiles; the shower looking like something from several decades ago - we've been all over the world and this is literally the only room we've ever seen without complimentary water available! There is a fridge in the room but it is useless unless you plan to refrigerate tap water Then the service: - check-in and out took forever - parking was in addition and was expensive We do not recommend this hotel at all!

We booked with NH Hotel and they do overbooking. Result, they cancel our stay on the evening of our stay at 9:30pm and sent us to the another Hotel in Maastricht. Very far away from the standards. The hotel didn’t want to listen to us and was rude. They refused any compensation and any commercial discussion. We finished in an old room, old and dirty bathroom, noisy with the station in front. Conclusion, be careful as what you book is not what you’ll get with NH Hotel.

Check in and check out was quick. The car park was easily accessible and easy to park. The hotel is some 3 to 4 km from the centre and there is an excellent bus service from in front of the hotel, so no need to drive. Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Convenient to MECC. Very comfortable bed. Adequate bathroom. Floors felt a little dirty but I could be wrong. Very pleasant staff.

NH Hotel is an excellent hotel, and the staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that the mattress was rather hard. I think it is time for management to invest in good-quality, comfortable mattresses. The staff did offer us a soft topper, though. So, if you don't like a hard mattress, ask the staff for a topper. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of foods. There was even a choice for hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

This was a perfect hotel for my 9 year old son and I. We went to the Andre Rieu performance, which was amazing! The lounge restaurant was delicious and brought out a special treat for my son, as it was his birthday.

The family room was nice, but one of the bathroom was not good. Also the breakfast was too crowded. The breakfast space does not fit people when it is 100% capacity room booked. We had to wait for 30 min in queue to get in for breakfast and at the end not enough options left for vegiterian. At the end they did not chanrged for the breakfast, but we feel it could have been better.

The employees at the reception were friendly and attentive. The furnishings of the rooms and the beds were also very good. The spa area and the breakfast disappointed us. What I remember most badly is that my Apple device, which I had left on my desk, could no longer be found the next day.

This is definitely a great stay! It is not in the city center but it is walkable in 30 mts, or easily by transportation or even taxi. The hotel and rooms are great, one of the best hotels in Europe to me
