it was perfect for my single getaway. 9 minutes biking from the Falls, parking enough and access to an outdoor pool. Only 20 minutes drive to Niagara-On-The-Lake and Fort George. Bottom line perfect Location and reasonable prices

Property condition is not great.
I couldn't sleep because of the bedbug infestation in my hotel room. This motel has received a lot of negative ratings. I'm not sure when this will be fixed. Every room has to have pest control done.

The smell is terrible in the room the cleaning lady does a good job in the bathroom but the carpet smells of mildew and the cushions look like they were washed but not completely dried as they also smell. Also the breakfast do not expect much only coffee with Toaste and butter and jam with 2 kinds of cereals. I don't recommend this place I don't understand why they had good reviews on this site

Toilet was very low and bottom of bathtub was very slippery. Needed a grab bar installed for safety. Breakfast was very limited, two cold cereal choices and bread for toast. Apple juice & regular coffee only. No tea bags or decaf coffee offered. Staff was very polite. Very basic room, no microwave or fridge in room. There was a coffee maker in room. Very convenient location.

The hotel was budget-friendly, and the front desk staff were nice, but the rooms did not have a fridge and the walls were pretty thin, as you could hear noise easily.
