The staff is excellent they are so friendly and helpful.The free breakfast is spectacular .This hotel has the best location for dinning and shopping and is very safe day and night.The staff keeps the premises very clean.

The refrigerator didn’t work and they didn’t seem to be concerned. The room was nice. A/c blower fan was really loud.

I stayed in the Poblado Plaza situated in Avenida de los Poblados as I was meeting friends in Medellín and it was an excellent choice of hotel. The location is perfect for Central Poblado - the two large shopping malls - Centro Commercial Oviedo (2 mins walk) and Centro Commercial SantaFe (5 mins walk). From the friendly and welcoming check-in, to the very comfortable, modern room and view over El Poblado all was first class. The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet and I managed 3 night's comfy sleep. The booking included a buffet breakfast with a huge choice of meals available. Room service was also available which we used one evening as well as the excellent ground floor restaurant and bar. Again, the food and service were first class. I will definitely stay here for my next visit - and before I finish, a very special thanks to the friendly and helpful Maria Mercedes on reception and Guillermo the Concierge as well as the staff in the restaurant who were all absolutely fabulous. The extra customer service was excellent and counts a lot towards a most enjoyable stay. Muchas Gracias!

The rooms are neat & clean & very comfortable bedding. Service is good. Staff speaks English as well. Breakfast spread is decent & staff is quite helpful. Restaurant is very calm & serene, perfect for a family dinner or an official meeting. Food is delicious.

Excellent clean updated great staff

Old towels, sheets were rough, shower temperature most of the time not hot, room coffee hard to get. Excellent dining area and lobby. Staff were mostly nice.
