You need to ok a comp for Sat night because I had water coming through my bathroom light!!

Was in formed of local shuttle when making reservations. Was informed shuttle would not be available upon check in.

Every time I stay there I book thru you a king size bed and I am given double queen beds it’s happened 3 times

They did not have my room available and front desk staff should not be working in customer service. The water in the shower would not get hot and parking, which they charge extra for, was slim. Had to park in the cheap seats. Went to the front desk to check in and the gentle told me my room was not available and preceded to tell me it would be an extra $60. No explanation, just waited for my card. I immediately assumed it was for the room change. It wasn’t, but, that could have been easily explained w a little more effort. On a more positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable and the restaurant staff and breakfast were good. All in all, not terrible but expected more from Doubletree. Nice building but motel service.

The gentleman who checked us in on August 25 and the gentleman who checked us out on the 26 were both extremely pleasant! The only complaint for me is that the printer wasn't working. One of the main reasons I continue to pick this location every for my travels is for the business center.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you request them to be. In room coffee cups had lids that did not fit. Ice Machine on our floor was broken, Receipt was not provided at checkout. Restuarant staff was friendly.

i didn't like that I had to pay $10/night for parking. HUGE parking lot with hardly any cars. No fridge in room. Bed and shower were good.

Finally on check out, the young lady at the desk was totally not helpful and kept repeating the same thing as why she couldn’t help me. They might as well had a recording there. But the manager was able to help the situation so I may stay there later this month as it’s a good location for me.
