The staff were nice and very pleasant. The two rooms were older and after tax cost was about $340. The blinds didn't close completely and the toilet was not secured. Breakfast was included, but parking was an additional $20. I guess it was okay for Niagara Falls. The price might be okay in Harris's america, but we think it was overpriced.

This place was run down not very clean worst of all my wife was bit by bed bugs! and the worst of it was the girl at the desk said "I'm not surprised''

First, we were charged to park which we were not told and they charged us $30 a day to park. Then they charged us again for parking for days that we were not there. They also charged us for the room and we’re not helpful at all with trying to get this taken care of no one would talk to us. Customer service was very rude at the hotel. We saw several people staying in the hotel, being harassed by the workers for different things. We would never stay here again. We are still trying to get the money back That they charged us for nights that we weren’t even there The best part was, you couldn’t park in the parking lot even though you had to go to parking I’m disabled and thankfully had my wheelchair for someone else. This would not have been an easy.

We were walking distance to the Falls. Room was clean and comfortable.

when booking the room for a two day stay, on Wednesday and Thursday there is no hot continental breakfast..only on Saturdays and Sundays. So no eggs and sausage.

Only one complaint, the beds are definitely old and not comfortable.

The entire hotel is filthy, the walls need painting, carpets need shampooing, window ledges are molding and decaying, employees smoking weed on their lunch break, concierge sitting around reading a magazine without ever greeting nor offering any kind of assistance to anyone. I paid $370 dollars from Friday to Sunday to stay in one of the most ill-kept hotels in the area. It should be considered a broken down motel instead. Not to mention the tiny piss pool that looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. The entire hotel needs to be updated. I don’t recommend this place at all. YUCK!!!

At breakfast it felt like we were being watched and we missed the waffles and fruit because it was in a restaurant and I didn’t want to wander where I didn’t belong. We got minimal sleep as the most comfortable part of the room was the chair which we took turns sleeping in. Due to that we decided to leave early and were told that was fine, but I was still billed for 2 nights.
