Old run down motel.

There was no breakfast served.There was roaches in my room

Place is clean, but the was no continental breakfast as advertised and the ice machine takes quarters…

The floors weren’t clean and it had roaches and the lobby smelled like cigarettes, if it wasn’t for that it would’ve been descent to stay for one night

Honestly, they were very accommodating. I needed something cheap and close to the location i was heading to the next day. I only stayed for one night, but it was very convenient, clean, and I will definitely stay again while passing through. The staff was incredibly friendly.

We booked this hotel because it was a decent price for our vacation to destin. It looked decent in the photos as well. We get to the hotel to check in, the staff is nice. We get to our room and as soon as we walk in, it smells like mildew/mold, and the tables have not been cleaned. Also a white powder on the remote😐. I ignored it because I knew I wouldn’t be spending much time in the hotel as we’re on vacation. We leave and hang out on the beach, we come back later that night and I go to take a shower, the shower smells like dookie or sewage. And the water was cold. There was no hot water, I was upset about that and was contemplating staying, and then the universe gave me my sign when I saw a roach climbing on the wall. I asked the staff if i could get a refund, he said I couldnt for that night, but could refund the rest of my stay, he was very nice about it, but didn’t seem shocked. He put us in a different room which wasn’t much better but I didn’t see another roach I guess, the toilet was falling off the wall tho. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you care about a clean decent room.

The room clerk was helpful. After a long trip, we arrived an hour early (time change). He offered us a room on the 2nd floor if we wanted to check-in then. Which we did. The stairs are steep. So it made the unloading a little challenging. Over-all the room seemed clean. There were no wash cloths, kleenex or toilet paper. So we went down to the office to collect our stuff. No delivery at the time. Bring quarters as ice is .25 cents per bucket. The bathroom tub needs a good cleaning. The bed spread was a little stained. Over-all they're trying to up-date the rooms. During the off season, the prices are fair. This was a very expensive motel stay for what you got. Only coffee in the breakfast nook. No other breakfast items.

Although we did not have towels upon check-in, the television initially wasn’t working, and had to get our own toilet paper; it’s not a bad place for the price. There’s quite a few eateries within walking distance and the staff was accommodating. Would o stay here again…yes! Would I be more prepared…also yes!
