Great for us as we were heading to Yellowstone from Western Canada. Clean, quiet and great staff. Good breakfast and we used Mackenzies next door for dinner where there was a wide choice - not just pizzas. We recommend it and would stay again.

We only were there 1 night for 9hours. Our room wasn’t ready at 5pm when we checked in. The staff was nice it was busy so it wasn’t a huge deal. It was pretty expensive for literally 9hours of a stay.

I was staying the night after having a minor heart surgery and the manager checking me in gave me a room in a quiet area of the hotel which I really appreciated. Breakfast was incredible!

Very clean, close to airport. Indoor pool and jacuzzi with late hours for adults. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options.

We weee very happy with this hotel. It’s not as central as some others, but the drive in is quick and easy. We would stay here again. Very good breakfast which is included. Very nice and helpful staff.

The room was very nice and really loved having 12pm checkout

After Manager resolved small issue with first room, the second room was great! Manager and front desk staff were all wonderful! I would stay here again, for sure.

I was told that I was getting a room looking out at the pool. What it was, was a second-floor room with the window literally over the pool area! Couldn't open the window because of the chlorine smell (which seeped in anyway). And the noise from the kids - which was to be expected - didn't end till the closure at 10pm... Then there was the room. The space was like it was designed to use leftover space from everything else (we were also next to the elevators). The bathroom was so small you couldn't move. There was a nice counter-space, however. And then there was the lighting. The only overhead light was near the door. There were lamps by the bed and on the desk - and that was it. This was the darkest, drabbest room I've ever experienced, especially for a Best Western Plus. Hardly worth the price I paid for it. Makes me wonder what a king-bed without the "pool view" would have been like.

The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star on service was the attitude of a front desk clerk. My wife and I (queer couple) asked a young man with glittery earrings about breakfast and were met with such a crappy attitude. I don't give a rat's _ss about earrings, tatts (I have several), but what I don't like is someone in the service industry with a lousy attitude and bad customer service. The rest of the staff was fine, room and bed were clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite substantial! They even had a toaster with gluten free bagels!!
