Carpet needs a deep cleaning. When walking on it barefoot left feet black. Had to put a towel down to wipe off our feet before getting into bed or putting on shoes. Staff was terrible in assisting with check in. All staff could use some training in customer service and being attentive to customers.

The room was so humid it felt wet. Bed was not comfortable as the mattress was extremely worn. Also, the freezer in the mini fridge had extreme ice buildup. You could tell it had not been well maintained.

Upon first glance property appeared to be clean, however after getting to my room and inspecting the sheets and pillows, it was full of bed bugs. They switched me to another room and since it was so late at night I did not leave but I was unable to sleep because I was worried “what if this room has them too” I www eager to check out the next morning

As soon as we walked in - there was a stale odor from the ac being off. My daughter saw a roach and ants within the first 3 minutes. Thankfully, my son killed them. I saw a silverfish roach on the bathroom sink. We are only sleeping here one night and it’s late. Just wanted y’all to know. Front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. I did not mention to him about the bugs.

We stayed for a baseball tournament for the weekend. The only complaint I had was that when the front desk clerk was checking the couple in front of me in, he made them wait mid check in for him to answer a call and reserve a room for another customer. They seemed annoyed and rightfully so as there were several of us in line waiting.

The hotel itself wasn’t too bad. Our bathroom lights kept going out. But the staff was so rude and not helpful in the slightest.

Door was broken & wouldn’t close right.. you had to lift it & push it. Mold all around the shower. The light bulbs were so dusty that we wouldn’t turn lights on because we know it can cause a fire. The bath towel had a big hole in it. The base boards in bathroom are dirty. The room was unfit for rental. The breakfast Eggs were all dried out.

Affordable; convenient; definitely some wear on the facilities (room door and bathroom door did not shut easily) Only needed 1 night, so wasn’t looking for anything fancy.

The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. Other than that, we did not eat the breakfast as it did not look appetizing at all. Our carpet was sticky and our room smelled bad (musty/ stinky feet). This was mentioned to the front desk and was received with a shrug. We will not return and do not recommend staying at this location.
