The room was clean but the bed was not finished being made the blanket and comforter showed up about 5,For a king size room and 2 people staying they only had 2 towels and the toilet paper was almost gone when we got there thank goodness For the price of the upgrade to have a room on the ground floor not worth it since they were not full. I carry my own!!! Ran out of Kleenex the fridge worked great, the pool was great the afternoon staff was great!!! The breakfast was Great! Sorry to say we have stayed there more than 5 times and this is the first time extra charges have been added to the bill and it will proably be the last time we stay!

Bed sheets must be changed for new ones. They were wore out. Also the sofa had stains all over it.

The that we always like is the attentive and helpful staff. Edgar made sure our stay was great.

Check in was at 2pm once we arrived our room was not ready until after 4:30. Once in the room the bed sheets and matress were wet and dirty. Asked to be moved to a different room and was denied due to “space”

Very helpful staff but linens and towels not in the best condition. Bottom sheet had a cigarette burn. Breakfast was good but could be improved with an egg selection. Otherwise a good value for the money, and with just a few more improvements could be brought up to the standard we’re used to in a Super 8.

There was nowhere to walk to for dining at night, but location was very good for crossing to the border for dental work. Bedding was tired but clean and the couch vould be replaced. Staff was helpful.

This Grandma somehow put our stay in with the wrong night. I called the Hotel directly and told a friendly gentleman, Edgar, what happened and he changed my date. I met Edgar the next morning and he was just as friendly, and helpful in person. Thanks Edgar! Looking forward to seeing you there on our next trip to our Dentist in Mexico.
