Great rate for the two days we were there. Indoor outdoor pool is fantastic!

Its a cute hotel, but they only had one tiny elevator and it was SOOOO SLOOOOW!! And their tiny parking lot made it challenging to manouver our full size truck around in.

This hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, nice indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, great breakfast and close to everything we wanted to do! Also it's right next door to the Track amusement park/ go carts/ arcade!

I specifically chose this hotel after seeing very good reviews. However, we were disappointed overall. The location is good, in the heart of Destin, and the hotel was very quiet even though there is an amusement park next door and a ball field directly behind. We stayed 3 nights. The first night the bed linens were very worn with stains and holes in places. The next day we requested they be changed, but the bed was just made up with the same sheets. After the second request they were finally changed to newer linens. We had to keep the air conditioning uncomfortably cold or the room became damp feeling. The breakfast was just average with hot eggs and sausage only available 1of the 3 days. Both pools and the hot tub are very small so only a few people make it feel crowded. There is one very slow elevator.

When I arrived the person at the front counter was not very polite. Even when I asked went up to the front desk to ask for towels there was another woman and she was rude. There were no pool towels by the pool. The pool side tables and chairs were never pulled out for vacationers.

Our stay was pretty good. Front desk staff didn’t seem too friendly. They double charged me for Check-in deposit and my pet fee. So instead of just $180 pending on my account there is $360 pending. The first time the card reader said it was approved but the computer said it was denied then the 2 second time the card reader said it was declined but the computer said it was accepted.

Need more than 1 elevator. Super slow. Place was super quiet, no noise issues. Stayed on 4th floor and faced the Gulf so we were able to see the water in areas. Close to several places if you choose to walk.

The room was clean and comfortable. But come morning, there was no cold water to brush my teeth. I turned on the shower, and it only had very hot water with no cold water to cool it somewhat. About 30 minutes later the cold water came back with low pressure. Also the toilet ran constantly. Other than that, the room was great.

Very clean hotel with amazing staff. Hot tub could use updating but still useable. Convenient location, about a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants.

Very filling up breakfast and a lot of fun places near by and the staff were fantastic and accommodating

The staff was very friendly. The beds was amazing! Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend getting pizza from Merlins. They delivered and it was delicious.

Everything is ok except for the shower, the water got weaker and weaker and stopped in the middle of a shower. Hot water was amost like boiling hot and so uncomfortable to take shower.
