The room is super small but amenities are just like five stars. Location is really convenient, station and convenience store are within 5 min, restaurants are within 3 minutes. Staffs were really helpful and friendly.

The hotel and room was very clean. The rooms were a lot smaller than the pictures provided by Hotels.com. There is only maid service if paid for but they do provide you with enough towels and amenities for your full stay. It is definitely a nice place for low budget business travelers.

It was a nice, new and clean room. Very comfortable bed, with AC, TV and a good amount of storage space. Very pleased with my stay. Friendly staff were very accommodating for a late check in.

Staff is avalaible until 6pm. After that you have to contact him via internal phone before. Hotel locate near train station but not easy to find it. Hotel is new and facility still is good.

Stayed for six nights at Sakuragicho Flexstay. Small room but clean and comfortable. Not suitable to sepnd a big part of the day in the room, but perfect to sleep there if the day is busy and a good price.

Only complaint is that the semi double beds are quite small, but this is quite typical in Japan. This is not our first stay here and it will not be our last.

Only complaint is that the semi double beds are quite small, but this is quite typical in Japan. This is not our first stay here and it will not be our last.
