Not impressed. Paid paid for a king bed with a gulf view. First room had two smaller beds. Went back to the desk and told them it was the wrong room. Next room had a king bed but overlooking the roads and buildings instead. I paid extra and in advance for the room I wanted and they didn't deliver.

The shower was new but it did not drain. My husband is handicapped so we took a walk in shower. However the water from the shower came out into the floor. So my husband could not use it after me. It was pretty but not functional.

We had 2 rooms - we requested to be close to the elevators and near each other. We were told they would "note the reservations". Upon arrival we were told - suites are only (1) per floor and NOT close to elevators. My mom is unable to walk long distances. They didn't care. Our bathroom had ants - we requested they come clean/bleach the sinks, we were told they would send someone. They didn't. Then I was told no other suites were available & to call the next day. Next day - I was told they can't use chemicals in an occupied room - and that we could relocate to a different suite. We didn't want to relocate - just CLEAN our sinks! MY mom was in a suite on a different floor - THEY ALSO HAD ANTS!!!

Our stay at Beau Rivage was totally delightful. The room was attractive and pristinely clean. The food was amazing. We had one dinner and one lunch there and both were superior. I would recommend this place to anyone. We did not use the casino, so I won't comment on that part.

Everything was wonderful except the check in process. Long lines and the staff had to “ look for a room “ to assign us. That process took over 20 min while we were standing at the check in desk… poor process Beau Rivage

Quick overnight stay with my hubbie for a concert. The room was very clean, nice amenities. Parking was free and I even got to charge my hybrid jeep! The steak restaurant BR Prime was delicious with great drinks and great service!!

The staff were all awesome. The concierge who checked us in was amazing. She had the ability to get us checked in early and then when she realized we were there for a birthday celebration she comped a gulf view. The place is so clean, decorated well and staffed well. A great time all around.

I've stayed in 100 rooms this past year.! This is truly a 5* hotel!! I worked 25 years in the hotel industry and see things that someone else might not see! Absolutely gorgeous property!!!

My double beds were given away when we checked in and they said it wasn't guaranteed when I have NEVER had a problem with getting a double before. I believe that they seen 2 travelers and decided to give me a king bed when I CLEARLY asked for a double queen because I had 3 travelers with me which was unexpected, and then we were charged $40 a day for a rollaway bed in which they did NOT say it would be taxes added, NOTHING was ever explained we were told that it was a $60 hold for incidentals and was told a different story at check out. I don't like surprises which causes more money at the end our stay. EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED UP FRONT SO WE KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN WE CHECK OUT, AND THE RESORT FEES WAS NEVER DISCUSSED AND WHAT THEY COVER YOU JUST GET CHARGED AND I'M QUITE SURE IT WAS NOTHING THAT WE USED. We paid $1192.78 plus a $85 resort fee and our room was at the back of the hotel with no view, but a view of the roof. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEEDS TO EXPLAIN WHAT PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR AT CHECK IN.

The Beau Rivage is the top of the list for hotels in Biloxi… recently renovated, very clean, but not as elegant and decor when first opened….Buffet was the absolute worst, truthfully if felt like yesterdays lefovers, chicken was very dry, cakes were stale, disappointed… some bar girls friendly, some not….slot machines are a highlight!

The hotel is very nice. I highly recommend it!
