We enjoyed ours suite. It was very clean and smelled fresh. Had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub felt very comfortable. The chlorine smell was a bit to much. But overall it was very good.

This is a hidden gem. Close to all Pigeon Forge has to offer but far enough away to avoid crowds and noise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire place is very well maintained.

Our stay was amazing! Such a clean hotel & enough room for our family of 5. Really happy the outdoor pools were still open and they were actually warm!! Only complaint that I have is that the elevator was EXTREMELY slow AND. We could only spend a super super short amount of time in the inside pool and hot tub because the chlorine burned our eyes so bad. Definitely need either better ventilation or less chlorine! It was really bad. However really enjoyed this hotel.

Our room had blackout curtains, it took a while to know they were there. Hostess who waited on me was super. Breakfast was good, eggs were hot, gravy was good, sausage was hot, toast, all the things that made breakfast worked. Pools were nice too, Too be downtown, it was in a great place.

This hotel was exceptional. We were extremely happy with their decision. The room was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room and hotel was extremely clean. I will definitely be staying at this location. The next time we are in Tennessee.

Our stay at the Le Conte Hotel and Convention Center was nothing short of great!
Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, we truly enjoyed our stay.
Our only “complaint” is the indoor pool area had an extremely strong chlorine odor. Much stronger than most hotels we’ve been to. Our eyes were red and hurting after being in the area for more than 10 minutes (just sitting in chairs, not even in the pool), but we didn’t complain. We were thankful for the outdoor pool area (complete with lazy river and outdoor hot tub!) and option for indoor swimming if we wanted a quick dip.
Overall, our stay was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!

Housekeeping was always on top of making sure the rooms were clean. Never had to ask for anything it was just done. Fresh towels everyday, beds made was nice. We hope to visit again. I loved the whole feel of the hotel. The room felt like a condo. It was equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable stay except for a complimentary toothbrush. The staff were amazing and it was very quiet after around noon. From around 8:00 am til then it was nothing but cleaning carts and workers conversing. The elevator was unreasonably slow, the bed was rock hard and my room phone didn't work. Although, I would recommend staying and would stay again just for the safe and cozy feeling.
