Accessibility to everything Plus the rooftop was amazing for party's

We have an awesome stay in this nice hotel. We love the rooftop. All their workers were very kind and helpful . We are planning to come back again.

I like everything about this hotel. The people are so friendly and nice there. Paola at the front desk and all the people that work the front desk, the young man that works the front bar, and all the people that work at the rooftop bar and pool. The food and drinks were amazing too. This was my 3rd stay here at Haven and I will be back again.

Place was very clean and all the staff was very friendly! Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The area is very walkable and felt safe at night. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love haven hotel,i only book this hotel when i come to Medellin,friendly helpfully staff and the quality of the rooms and room service is great,also its not too expensive, everything is a fair reasonable price

We loved this hotel, especially the staff. The people who worked at the bar, the restaurant, and the front desk were so helpful and made our stay amazing. On our first day, we asked the front desk where we could get a sim card and exchange money. A staff member went ABOVE and BEYOND and walked us to the money exchange and sim card place. He even spoke to the woman selling the sim cards and explained to her in spanish what we needed. At the restaurant and bar, the staff was so kind and attentive. I have a life-threatening allergy to tomato and plantain. The staff did a great job making sure my food was safe for me to eat even with a language barrier (I don't speak spanish). The people at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Thanks again to all the staff for making this such a memorable experience.

Love their close proximity to everything. I mean everything. Food, Provenza, Lleras park, Great top restaurants (Don Diablo, Carmen, 678 Korean BBQ, il Castella, Starbucks (who drinks this in Colombia? ) ,great gelatos/desserts etc. Never had to take Uber when i was there. Rooftop bar and pool was smaller than expected (and didnt appreciate male gay couples making out inside the pool). That kept me well away from ever going in but the sky view of Medellin was absolutely gorgeous. They also provided me with earplugs as it can be noisy late night. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked a lot the location near everything. Also, that they had complimentary breakfast every morning on the roof. The staff on the roof and at the front desk were great!!! The hotel is super clean and the rooms were really nice. I will stay here again when I come back to Medellin.
