Room was looking old, stains on mattress, sofa covers were down threads, sink didn’t drain, carpet was hairy, one plug for two sinks, generally quite dirty. Day staff were nice, evening staff appeared to not want to be there.

I rang reception to notify them my spa was not functioning and was treated like a 2vyr old tellingl me im stupid enough not the have the water level in the spa high enough..just hangnthe phone uop after the distent

We booked a suite and were disappointed to find the room was next to the lift. Had the get the bed remade as the sheets were too small did not fit the king size bed. Lucky we noticed this before retiring for the night. We were then woken during the night by people returning to their room next door who continued with noise until they checked out at 8am. We made several calls to night staff who visited their room but did not stop the noise. After another call from us complaining still nothing was done and then our calls were not even being answered. The manager has since contacted us with an apology and offer of some discounts for our next stay. However we are not sure if we ever want to return. Night staff need to take more precautions against this happening again.

There were skud marks in toilet boogers on the wall in lounge room old food stuck to lamp base and a musty smell through out the spa bath would have maybe fitted half a person whole hotel

Loved it only negatives is the hot water was way too hot and kept heating up no matter how much cold water added and the internet kept cutting out on the tv. Otherwise beautiful place to stay

Always comfortable- easy access to the city Rooms/bathroom are getting dated but clean and tidy. I enjoy the location.

The Pagoda was chosen because it represented a balance between price and the reason for our trip. We gave found it to be a comfortable place to stay and its location is suitable for tripping in and around the City of Perth.

The absolute worst place that I have stayed at. This is a 2* hotel at best. The suite was so filthy and the dust build up everywhere was shocking. I moved to another suite the next day and ws told it was clean. It was not clean. The doir to the balcony came off in my hand when i was coming in from some air at night and I was stuck there without a working light. I managed to get myself in but was unable to lock it so it was unable to rest easily. Was told that I would be able to speak to management in the morning only for the hotel manager to not come. Food terrible, elevators were smelly. Strongly advise against staying here

It was an amazing!!! Room was so clean and some facilities such as bath, gym, sauna, pool and so on were comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Pagoda is old & dingy, room has a feel of dampness, lights are dim due to old dusty shades. We can disregard the poor maintanance, but service was bad. When we checked in and rolled in our luggage, one counter staff attended to us, the other one quickly walked away (3 May, ard 7+pm). When I asked for help, he conveniently said we are shorthanded, my colleague is taking a break! He was politely, always politely saying no to your ask for help. We had to trolley our luggage ourselves & one of my friends was unwell. When she ordered room service, she was slapped with some fee of AUD6.50 to take the food to the room, she was not told beforehand. Balcony was dirty and the chambermaid never came back even though we told her to come back later to make up the room. The corridor was dark and full of clutter, so was the car park. The only 1 good thing about this place is its proximity to part of the Swan River that has a spectacular view.
