Amazing place to stay. Centrally located. Close to everything downtown. The room was clean and spacious with a mini fridge and safe. Parking available underground. Highly recommended.

We just stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend & we attended a Flames game and the Bruce Springsteen concert. The hotel was amazing ~ we had a great room with a very comfy bed. We loved the purified water for drinking. We also were given an early check in which was so nice after flying in very early in the morning. In addition, we ate two meals at the restaurant in the hotel and the food, service and prices were fantastic. The hotels proximity to the Saddledome made attending events so easy, and the hotel staff were so pleasant and kind anytime we had a question. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel, and we will be returning guests :)

Good location but poor service from hotel requested high floor room and got allocated a room on 4th floor out of 21 floors. Booked bed and breakfast prepaid then told on arrival had a price cap for the breakfast so ended up rationed

Loved being right downtown, just 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants and shops on Stephen Avenue, and very close to the Calgary Tower.

Wish I could give a 12/10. Everything was great from the staff to the room to the location to the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great place to stay in the middle of down town. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Stephen 8th Ave and the Calgary Tower are a short walk away. The hotel was clean and staff were very inviting! The only downside was the noise from outside and hallways. We could hear the train go by every time. At about midnight on our first night there was a lady and a bunch of kids screaming outside our room. They were so loud it felt like they were in the same room as us. Other than those minor noise issues I would stay here again.

Perfect location for shopping, eateries, getting around. Front desk was friendly, accommodating. Didn't have time to make use of pool/hot tub but looked very inviting. Staff at restaurant (Thomsons) were excellent, especially Irene!
