Rooms are large , comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The pool was nice and warm.

Thin walls , people above us were stomping around past midnight and it was loud. Dogs barking. Poor air conditioning.

The beds were comfortable and the waterslide and hot tub were enjoyable.

All of the affid flies in the hotel room, and the pool facility had way too much chlorine it burned the eyes when you walked in the doorway.

The hotel itself was decent, staff were very friendly and helpful with extra towels and bedding. The pool and waterslide were a nice way to relax during our travels but (only downfall was that they never had enough towels at the pool for guests).

The check-in process was awful. I booked an extra day to ensure we could get into the room with our early arrival in Calgary - I made notes on both the booking.com reservation, and called the hotel to ensure a room would be ready. When we arrived, they did not have a room ready for us, and upon receiving my credit card statement discovered I was charged both for the room and a no show fee. When I called the hotel to address the situation, the manager was condescending and dismissive.

it’s close to the airport and has some restaurants close by, including a McDonald’s and a Tim Hortons in front of it.

Pet-friendly hotel with complimentary breakfast. Across the lot from Tim Hortons and McDonalds.

The staff were awful, absolutely horrible customer service (front desk agent and manager). The breakfast was horrible for the first night but better the second night. Our room had stains all over the carpet and the front desk didn't seem to care. The parking lot was really tight and was barely able to fit out U-Haul truck.

Staff rude. Hotel dirty. Rooms not cleaned. Waterside broken. Bed uncomfortable.

Pet stayed too. Staff is really accommodating friendly. Room service very eager to start cleaning your room, maybe a little too rush-shee.

Pool is too deep for kids swim, the pool slide area a bit dirty. Cost $35 uber ride from hotel to airport. Cost $40 TAXI ride to airport but they were picky to let us in because we had our small pet dog with us on flight and holiday hotel stay.

Staff was friendly.

Booked a King bed room, when we arrived we were told they were all gone and they only had 2 queen bed rooms... didn't offer any kind of discount for this inconvenience either. The blankets were SO nice, except the bed was SO uncomfortable. I could feel springs in my back and barely got any sleep from it :( And the half pillows were tough to sleep on as well, they are about the size of a throw pillow. Had higher hopes given the cost.
