Overall Stay was good. Hotel was clean. But we had very bad experience. Our two newly purchased dresses were stolen from the room. I have been travelling for last 24 years but never came across such incident. Even I stayed in Rex Hotel 3 times before and had comfortable stay without any problem. This was not expected in 5 Star Hotel.

Very central and close to places of interest. The hotel has an interesting history with stories of the past Saigon. Exploring the surrounding areas will take you to places both old and new.

Room smelt of cigarettes and when asked if someone previously smoked in the room, staff went to mask the smell with deodoriser

The hotel was very nice and service was great. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the rooms with new plugs with USBs and a new TV that you can stream.

Amenities in room are terrible… nothing at all. Just one big towel and two napkin. Only toilet tissue paper. No table tissue paper box.

their service is excellent. overall environment is quite good. Especially Ms. Loan, at reception, when knowing one of us had fallen and injured from outside, she gave us very useful help.
