Beautiful room in a place that was very centrally located!

Close to activities in Uptown Charlotte. Staff very friendly; room clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast included with the cost of the room was very good.

Our stay was good. We thought that housekeeping was going to clean our room, but when we returned no one had cleaned it. We only stayed from Saturday to Monday.

First give a room with someone in the already but he got it’s corrected but just imagine if that person would shoot at me than I would shoot back

The room was very clean when we arrived. The front desk agent, Latoya, checked in on us just a few minutes after arrived to our room to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Excellent customer service!

Family trip overnight with 3 rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

My daughter, two granddaughters and myself drove 3 hours to Charlotte to attend the Southern Christmas Show. We were going to arrive late, so I called to let someone know that we would be be late. Adrian answered and assured me that there was no problem! He said that he would be there until 11 and was looking forward to our visit. When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and efficiently gave us our room assignment! He explained about the parking, breakfast etc. I laughingly told him that I was in a brain fog for being on the road for so long, and repeated his directions about the parking back to him to be sure that I understood. He said " I'll tell you what-- I will meet you on the 5th floor of the parking deck and show exactly where the park". He did just that! He actually beat us up to the parking area and guided us into our parking space like someone at the airport. He was fantastic and did everything with a smile! I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Adrian for making our stay special!

The only thing that was bad was being charged 25 for parking. The only olace to park is the attached parking deck, and they charge an additional 25to park in it. Should be free for paying guests.

It was the worst checkin ever. They said we checked in late so we weren't able to get a key. We had to wait til 8a to get a key from the manager. Otherwise we had to ask to be let in our room by staff. The first room we were sent to was actually dirty from someone else's stay (unmade beds, trash on table, towels all over bathroom), 2nd room we were sent to was a single bed ( booked 2 queen beds (staying with my dad)), finally got it right on the 3rd try. Staff was nice though. Wont be staying here again, ever!

Our room was clean, breakfast was very good. I think the price was a bit steep for a basic room with 2 queen beds. The indoor pool was closed which was disappointing, that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. I did not like that I had to pay an additional $25. to park after paying $175. for the night. There were many restaurants within walking distance but I found it to be a bit sketchy a few blocks down. I probably would not book this hotel again.
