The room served it’s purpose. The carpet was a little dirty. The shower was small. I personally don’t like they don’t wash the top comforter. The breakfast was basic.

Room was not vacuumed. fixtures in bathroom hanging off the wall.

The computer was down when I was trying to check in, but that happens. The friendly and awesome lady at the desk made up for my wait time. She was very courteous and respectful. That is the kind of service that you can not find everywhere you go. We will be staying there again when we visit Charlotte.

checked in and the front desk night shift manager was rude. Got to my room and it was so smelly it was un bareable. complained and she handed me carpet fress and told me I could come back for the vacuum. I had no choice but to stay. so unloaded everything. She comes and gets me and demanded her air freshner and advised she would put me in a hand cap room. I said dang wish i had known before unloading. She rudely said well you complained and asked to move. I advised oh i def want to move. We get in the room dr hangle broke on bathroom door. shower wand has duck tap. At this point i have no options. So my go to front desk and ask for blankets and sheets for the sleep sofa. She states oh we dont give those out and I have no more anyway. Then next morning i go to make coffee and there is part of the coffee maker missing. Go to front desk again and get told we cant help you with it now. House keeping manager did all she could to fix this. I get home and find out the charged my credit card rather than pending it for depost. I have continusly called the property to be told no manage on property, left on hold for 30 mins conferneced a second call for the front desk person to tell me Oh i was finishing my work. She has no clue when there will be a manager.

Love this location. Friendly staff, very helpful! Breakfast is great. Great sleep!

The motel over booked and was told i was upgraded to another room with 2 king beds when i booked one king bed but it was actually 2 doubles not enough room to share a bed with my significant other. The sofa was stained bad in the suit. The carpets were dirty. The whole hall and room smelled bad. The lower floors spelled like cannabis.

My sheets were filthy and when I called down to get new ones, I discovered that my room phone was not working. The whole place had a run down feel to it. Would not stay here again.

Canceled my reservation and gave my room away 15 minutes before my arrival time. I was in town on business for the weekend. There no rooms available anywhere in NC. Left me stranded in the middle of the night.

Clean hotel within walking distance of restaurants. Very comfortable bed and a modern shower.

We entered the hotel, there was a guest screaming at the staff about PTSD, sexual trauma, and not receiving her deposit from her stay. This lasted for about 20 minutes. After we checked in, our room cards did not work for the door. We had to turn around with our three children to receive new keys for the door. After getting into the room, we began warming up our food in the microwave. About 30 secs in, the outlets on the walls blew. We were not able to warm our food. We went to grab ice from the ice machine on the first floor, it was not working. We went back to our rooms to settle for the night. Guest ran the halls and screamed until midnight. The next morning, when we were packing up to leave, the doorknob fell off the door. We were trapped in our room for 20 minutes. This felt like a haunted house.

Overall it was good experience, stayed the for 3 day. The rooms are updated and had a nice bathroom. Floors were clean but the out side of the hallway were outdated but overall it’s a nice hotel.

The continental breakfast was pretty good. Our room was clean but smelled like vape badly. The guests above us were clearly unsupervised children and ran back and forth over and over. At 10:30 I walked to front desk and asked that someone speak to them. I assume the staff did because it did stop.

Everything smelled of weed and was slightly unclean. We were somehow marked as a no show and someone opened our door at 4 am, we thankfully had the inner lock secured. People were sleeping in chairs in an upstairs area all night instead of a room. Breakfast was okay.
