overall management needs some work. hygiene of all spaces. 2 years ago used to be a favorable stay, now, change it into a skilled nursing home and upgrade it.

A good hotel with a nice store, located in close to “downtown”. Roll-out beds are not available. Even good for large groups such as 4-people if you get a 4-bed room.

Outstanding value. Staff Let me checked in early w/o stiff charges. Can see Mgmt is updating the hotel on my floor. No noise though. Excellent location. Will return.

Beautiful lobby and mezzanine. Staircase was gorgeous. Friendly staff. The room on the other hand was clean but dated. No wash cloth, no shower gel in the container, no soap at the sink and water pressure was non existent (barely flowed out of the wall). Shower head had a filter on it and slowed down the flow even more. I have video of the bathroom. Other than that it’s a really nice place.

Overall, my stay was good. A few comments: The hotel signage is difficult to see from the road. The parking lot and parking garage are a bit cluttered (possibly due to recent renovation?). Once inside, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was basic but comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

My stay was ok, but the refrigerator was broken, the shower water was not very hot.

Not bad, but there were little things that you would expect a hotel to have like flatter pillows. The room also seemed to only have two AC settings despite the dial the lets you think you’re adjusting: off and freezing. Staff was polite. Washer/dryer were useful on the 5th floor.

The lobby for checking in is on the second floor. Would be convenient if upon entering, the lobby is on the first floor.

So far my kids and i are really enjoying our last minute 1 night stay over we decided to stay overnight so they can enjoy the pool before back to school Thursday. If it wasn't so expensive cause prepping for school we would for sure stay another night. Not to sure if im getting his name wrong but the front desk agent Malony? Was awesome and his customer service alone makes me want to come back and refer family 🙏

I’m a frequent customer but no incentives or compliments. There is a construction going on that I was not informed upon booking the room. I was only told upon checking in. But to make things worst, I was put in a room directly under construction. I get it that they need to make improvements, I was only there overnight and could take a rest upon checking in with the constant drilling sound. I felt like they intentionally put me there and others were perhaps given preferential treatment. No consideration

Dirty, moldy, smelled bad, the bathroom had roaches, carpet dirty, floors dirty- I’ve stayed at better hotels.
Best beach is Tumon beach.
