Stopover to get to airport early next day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice but small. Beds were comfortable, but no top sheet, just comforter. Breakfast was great. Taxi was ordered by reception and arrived on time. Only problem was attempted theft of our backpack. We arrived early evening to check in. Man followed us into the hotel and when husband set his suitcase and backpack down to check in, the man grabbed the backpack and started walking out the door. Luckily, husband was able to stop him before he fled and he dropped the backpack and left. Then, another guest came in and said his backpack was stolen! Scary situation, since passports, cash, and other valuables were in our backpack. Staff was very apologetic, but maybe Hampton should have security posted at the door. Be sure to keep close eye on belongings if staying here.

The staff at this hotel were extremely nice and the hotel room was everything we expected. Beautiful hotel next to a mall and a lot of dining options nearby.

Very nice clean hotel, staff was nice and helpful. Very good breakfast in a large dining area. The breakfast had a big variety and the area was very clean. Only issue we had was it wasn’t within walking distance of the areas we wanted to go to. We were about 20 minutes from everything we did.

Wonderful property. Extremely comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast included. Stayed in a “higher class” more expensive hotel in the area after this one and I would’ve preferred this one. Very good value. Would recommend

All the employees we came into contact were awesome. Very courteous and knowledgable. Helpful getting us taxi's when we needed them .

We chose this place because it is not too far from the airport but also only a quick taxi ride downtown. Free breakfast was great with lots of options. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a bar in the lobby that serves food. We will stay there again next week on our way back through. Very convenient.

This was an excellent hotel for our visit. Although it is not in the center of the city or within walking distance of the major tourist attractions, it was extremely convenient to get transportation -- metro station, bus stop, taxi accessibility, and Cabify (Spanish version of Uber), which was exceptionally easy.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a smaller room for just two but I am sure there were larger rooms available. Desk staff was very helpful even with advice for travel and food in the area. The Gran Fira 2 Shopping mall was a couple hundred yards away across the plaza. Coffee shops, restaurants, fast food and specialty places were really great. A grocery store and so much more.
AND the breakfast at the hotel was REALLY great. We specifically wanted a hotel with breakfast and figured it would be continental. But this was way beyond that and it was wonderful. We will recommend people use this place for that! Hot breakfast... eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, breads, salads, cheese, all the drinks you can imagine -- a full on buffet. Definitely a great hotel and a really good price.
