Couldn’t even get into the room. I should’ve been sent an access code but wasn’t. Then when I went to the bar underneath they didn’t want to help at all, saying they had nothing to do with it. No way of contacting the hotel directly. Terrible set up

Wonderful property. The room was clean and welcoming with everything you need for a stay. Well decorated and felt very homely.
The book in process was efficient with easy to follow instructions.
Added bonus for the car park just next door.

You are warned in the ad that the street is noisy. This is true. I stayed on a Saturday night and you need to be aware of the nighttime activities of inebriated individuals. The pub however have a swift music off and customer exit which was great.
Otherwise, highly recommended. Brilliant little spot. Will stay again.

Was a nice place, but not in a great area. Not being used to road noise it kept us awake most of the night. Otherwise room was clean and warm. Could have done with a hairdryer.

Left our float for the next day carboot .went out and had a few sherberts came back after some supper .straight to bed.on getting up next morning and getting ready noticed float had gone.wasnt whrre we left it.we left at 5.30 am so couldnt report it £35 gone to someone who knows how to access rooms.hope manager sees this and calls me to discuss.
Apart from that couldnt really complain.room clean bed comfortable.surved the purpose.just wish that hadnt spoilt our stay

Room was very clean. Cleaning lady was a doll. Whenever we called with an issue, they responded and took care right the way. Jeff was very helpful.

The room was lovely and the food downstairs was pretty decent too. Only gripe was the bed, I found it uncomfortable and the room was really hot.

The staff was verh helpful from the cleaners to check in. Everyfhing was perfect, the only thing i felt was missing during my stay, was an iron and ironing board. Other than this, the room state, modernisation, locality, staff everything was perfect.

The deluxe double is awesome, such a lovely big room, with double aspect windows and interesting view. Very nice bathroom. We are so impressed, amazing value!

Good basic accommodation . Staff very friendly in bar so could not understand other comment. Was what I expected except not as Expedia had said and mobility accessible. Stairs to bedroom steep. Bed and chairs low. Otherwise it would have been a five around for price and things on your doorstep. All good.

Great hotel, the waiter at the pub made me feel very welcome.
The room was very nice and clean.
The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip, and also great to have a private parking area.
The pub has great food, and the people working there are very friendly and helpfull.
