We stayed for one night and it was very lovely. The room was clean and the spa was such a nice option after a long day of travelling. Staff was super friendly and helpful too!

We got room 302 ( smart room) and it was better than my expectations. The room and bathroom were really spacious, very comfortable and located only few steps away from the Main Street.
One minor defect was a strange smell in the bathroom ( paint or some kind of disinfectant) and there was a large terrace but lacking a table.

Welcoming staff, the room we had was in the new building which is beautifully decorated and thought out. With glass floor to allow you to see the Roman aqueduct that is underneath the building.
Very clean and zen ambiance.
Location wise it is perfect two steps from the Main Street.

Pleasant hotel on a quiet street centrally located in Olbia. Comfortable room, although the air-conditioning was not very powerful at all, and only just managed to get the temperature down to an acceptable level in the oppressive midsummer heat. Wifi was also a bit flaky. Breakfast was taken in a neighbouring buikding just round the corner, on the 3rd floor, in a very pleasantly decorated room, and was varied and pretty good. Staff were very professional and helpful.

Great location but otherwise this is in no way a 4 star hotel. Two at best. Old building with questionable cleaning. AC inadequate for summer temperatures. Active construction without notice at 8 am during peak summer season.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the breakfast was great! Checking in and out was also easy.
We only stayed for 1 night but if we ever find ourselves in Olbia again, we will definitely return to Hotel Tramas.

Wonderful hotel that we have stayed at twice. Great location and walking distance to everything in Olbia. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
