Location, cruise ship parking behind the pool. Very nice rooms. My view was nothing but everything else was perfect. Got there early and since the room was ready, was able to check right in.

We really enjoyed our stay, great staff, great surroundings. Absolutely beauriful sunset. The only issue, the pillows were flat and a bit uncomfortable.

We rented and paid for an entire apartment. Upon check in, we were provided a hotel room. We were offered to move to another property but due to location, we did not want to do that. There were others checking in at the same time that seemed to have similar issues. What they booked and what they received were much different. When I booked, parking was included according to the booking. Because I had read many reviews about parking issues, I took a screen shot of my booking details with parking paid and called the day ahead to confirm. Upon check in, the manager honored it only because of the screen shot and recognized parking is an ongoing issue with this property when 'outsiders' book. This is a small vacation rental / timeshare style property - nice people, friendly & our stay was fine outside of the accommodations, and multiple excuses of the why.

We were right on the water with an incredible view. The suite was spacious and well-appointed. We will come here again absolutely! Great get-away!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that our studio came with a tub and partial harbor view. Room was just as described on booking site, and exceeded our expectations as I had come across some negative reviews. The only recommendations I have for improvements are please do deep cleaning on shower tiles as they were nearly black, just for hygienic reasons. We also would have enjoyed robes to change into when going/coming from the pool, and upgrading towels and pillows; also we could have used more pillows which were promptly brought up to us after calling front desk. We only say this for future improvement's. We definitely enjoyed it enough to want to come back on our next trip, and upgrade to one bedroom suite!

Staff is friendly and the place is super convenient and close to Duval St. The view is great too. However, the place smelled smoky and old and everything was old. It’s in desperate need of a renovation.

Love the place. Perfect location, walking distance to Duval and many other places, super clean, ocean front, staff treated us like kings. The room’s kitchen very spacious equipped with everything you need, beds and pillows awesomely comfortable (you don’t find this everywhere). The bathroom is not spacious but the shower very comfortable. swimming pool area beautiful. Planning to stay again soon and bringing more people. And smell awesome evewhere!

This place is old and filthy, floors made me feet black within 3 minutes of me walking barefoot. Woodwork beat up, filthy dirty, stained flooring, worn out furniture broken coffee maker. Just plain nasty! I will never come back or recommend.

I loved the location and the hotel as a whole, the only thing that I was not happy with was some mold on the bathroom floor. But the rest of the bathroom and room was impeccable.

Guest services is very kind and accommodating. The property is clean with convenient access to the pool and walkable to town. The entry to our room is shared with another and was a bit noisy at times when the neighbors were entering and leaving their room. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for the week.
