Enjoyed our short stay exploring Pigeon Forge & winter activities. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was hot with plentiful selections. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I stay here and service has been excellent very quiet and comfortable and as a plus the indoor pool is open 24 hrs. Also breakfast is very good.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. My only gripe was the smell from the painter's turpentine in the courtyard.

We loved the proximity to strip and things to do. Room had some older furniture. But honestly the only real downfall was no usb ports. We loved being right in the middle of everything.

Definitely needed an update. There was only 1 elevator working. Nice view.

Older vintage styling and decoration which I found unique and wonderful. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Price was very competitive. Will be staying there again.

First time staying at this hotel and we had a great stay. We visit Pigeon Forge often and sometimes stay at different places. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in the area. The hotel had many amenities, Lazy River, pool, fitness center.
The mattresses are a little strange at the edge, they go downward. They did not offer blue sugar substitute nor tea on the coffee barnor in the room.

First time staying at this hotel and we had a great stay. We visit Pigeon Forge often and sometimes stay at different places. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and clean room. Beds were comfortable and ac worked great! The pool looked Wonderful but didn't get to enjoy it. Definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay! It is so clean and the staff was so kind and helpful! The towels were thick and soft and they gave us extras! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows! We were able to walk to a Diner nearby that was great too!

This is my third time staying here, but it has been since 2018 that I last visited. The furniture items such as the dresser are very outdated and look to be from the 1970s. Room decor is also bland and floor wasn't clean. After showering and walking in the floor my feet had dirt and debris on them. Also found a dead cockroach in front of the lamp in-between beds.

enjoyed the stay,however, had to switch rooms from fifth floor to the second floor due to mobility problems and closeness to the elevator. There were several rooms available, but the clerk assigned my wife and I to the fifth floor and the clerk appeared to angered because of our requested switch! We appologized as we are seniors and the room switch helped our mobility needs.
