This hotel is amazing. You can tell its been designed with fun in mind. My children loved the tv on the ceiling in the room. The rooftop pool and surrounding views are incredible. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely. Would definitely return again.

Great boutique hotel 35-40 min walk to the main square. Fantastic and helpful staff with a large walk in shower. Restaurant was excellent but a bit pricey. Roof top pool with a hip crowd!

The great rooftop pool...

We booked the hotel for a family of 4. Final day of vacation before flight back home to the UK. We selected the hotel due to the nice, modern, funky suite and for the amazing roof top pool and bar. The room was amazing and exceeded expectations. The kids loved the bath and swing overlooking the city. Tragically the rooftop pool had been closed due to a private event meaning that the main requirement for our hotel in Zagreb was taken away from us without prior notice or compensation. The kids were very disappointed of course and it soured our stay in Zagreb. The service at the hotel was good and the staff were friendly and understanding about our disappointment. A complimentary breakfast was offered but we were leaving early for the flight so not relevant and missed the point that the pool was a requirement for our stay in Zagreb. If the pool was available as advertised, probably our stay would have be 5*

The staff's willingness to go above and beyond to help. Shout out to Sarah. Thank you. The room were not bright enough for me or maybe the walls were too dark for my taste.

The hotel is great and some of the staff were really helpful, but there were other members of staff who seemed rude and unwilling to help. The rooftop pool and bar was cool and the room was great, super clean. Overall good stay.

Check was easy. The food was good, with restaurants, bars and coffee shops right across the street. Very nice rooftop bar. The room was small. The hotel was unique with a rooftop pool and lots of areas to socialize.

Hotel staff was extremely nice. Facility was clean and well maintained, well stacked with necessities. Hallways were bit too dark for our taste . We are elderly couple super modern for us . It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the lights in our room. Did not like the idea of using the room key for everything, including getting of and on the elevator. When checked in I was told I reserved three rooms . I only reserved two rooms for the family of 8. Hotel was not able to refund me for the third room because reservations were done thru Expedia . On Tuesday evening after returning to USA I contacted Expedia and was told they have to get approval from the hotel for credit , and someone will get back to me within 72 hours . Three days later I am still waiting for the refund

The property itself was amazing. Just wish that it was located within walking distance of the city center. It’s in an undeveloped, rather bizarre neighborhood.
