Wonderful, superb property, excellent onsite restaurants, pool area, 5 star!

We stayed here about 11 years ago and it has gone down hill. Service was horrible. Pool service is run by young, young kids and it is not really pool service; one must go to the bar and order yourself. (The only good pool guy was Enrique!) They have a gorgeous bar and there is a no bar tender! You have to ring a button to call for service and multiple times no one arrived???? This is a 3.5 star hotel at best.

The Farol Hotel is wonderful as are the staff. The surroundings, the facilities and the room were all excellent. Particularly enjoyed the hotel products shampoo conditioner and shower oil that were lush and spa quality. The breakfast as per reviews id read didn’t disappoint with a great selection and staff that couldn’t do enough for you if you wanted something a bit different. There’s no doubt that this hotel lives up to its 5 stars. We will definitely return

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful.
We loved the chilled atmosphere and the convenient location of the hotel. Plenty of choice regarding food both at the hotel and also in the town itself.
Location was excellent with everything/everywhere easily accessible on foot.
Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely go back. 😊

The hotel had everything I could ask for, Beautiful views, a pool, close to town and wonderful staff. I had an excellent outdoor massage near the sea. Also, the included breakfast was delicious.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very attentive. Perfect area Where the hotel is located. Breakfast is really good and fresh. Room light and we had space enough. If i should find one small minus then its the light on the bathroom. Was Dark out there. And no other mirrors in the room. But its only a small minus but any an advice maybe to make it even better. Our stsy was perfect. Loved this hotel. Thank you to the staff for help with lost luggage and good service

This hotel, staff and manager will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable for you as possible.
Loved the staff working the buffet, and the head desk and their team.
The hotel is placed right on the cliff facing the ocean. So the view is to die for.
It also has a pool that is beautifully well kept And there is no hazzle with people prebooking the pool chairs. The poolbar offers a selection of Food and bevarges and the Young team are so incredibly helpfull.
The breakfast is a Dream come true and the staff try to accomodate special request.
The interior is well kept and with art that compliments the House.
I forgot an item and they a driver deliver it to me at my hotel in Lisbon.
Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here at the farol hotel. I will 100 percent be returning! I spent my honeymoon at the farol hotel and they really went above and beyond to make up feel special!
