Clean and neat room, lobby and parking lot. Late (11:00 pm) check-in was quick and easy, as was check out. No complaints

The wheelchair accessible room did not disappoint. I travel a lot and there are times where my definition of accessible and a hotels differ greatly. The room I stayed in had ample room to move around, the hanging rod and hangers were all down low and the bathroom was the perfect size. KUDOS to this hotel!! The front desk staff was also amazing.

We were in town to see a concert and this was the perfect location. we really enjoyed our stay. my only complain was that the bed was a little hard, but the matrices and all bedding looked brand new.

This hotel was very nice & the staff was excellent. The only problem we had was our room door would shut but wouldn't lock at all like all you had to do was push the door open. Thankfully my mother-in-law was in the room, noticed it, and locked the deadbolt when my husband and I left so nobody was able to just go in and take our stuff & she slept. It was an inconvenience that she just had eye surgery (it was also in the notes that she was having surgery and there was two disabled people and I requested a bottom floor and we ended up getting a fourth floor!) and we had to move to another room which I get security issues but when we got to the next room the toilet wouldn’t flush and the deadbolt wouldn’t work unless you lifted up really hard on the door. I would suggest that they need to go through and check their doors & locks.

It was fine…good. Easy check-in though there was a little mix-up but quickly and easily remedied. It was comfy, I slept well, decent breakfast. Overall, worked out very well!

This place is our go to place when going to Little rock. It has never disappointed! Clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and quiet.

Everything in the room was as it should be. The breakfast was great!! It was a very nice neighborhood!!

Great experience. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, although it was still set up as though we are still in COVID times. Hotel was beautiful. I felt safe, which was very important to me because I never travel alone and I had to this time. Bed was very comfortable! They have Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner set up in the showers (my favorite brand of soap, etc). The little shop inside the hotel (for snacks and drinks) was expensive for what you got ($2 for a can soda) but I see that at most hotels now-a-days. Very clean (except for the one hair I saw in the shower when I opened the curtain—obviously not mine, but I just used a tissue to remove it).

Love this property! Most hotels are allowing pets now & my husband and I are allergic. Makes travel very difficult. This hotel does not allow pets & it’s a great value! Very clean, friendly staff, beautiful property! Great breakfast! This is our HOME on the road from now on! Thank you !
