My room had a balcony and went looking outside, there were two guys stealing a bag from a tourist. I run to reception for them to contact the police but the lady in the reception stated that it was not the hotel “bussines”
I left wondering about the sense of community and helping others as it was next door to them!
Not going back there.
The stuff were rude.

Small bur cozy, however this is a great place for a solo but not for a coule. Great balcony and close to the train station

I enjoyed my stay and it was definitely convenient for train station 10 mins im old less if youre young.centre easy 20 mins inside hotel very interesting. My only concerns are you can hear the people in next room maybe only me as i had sinle room 102 and the shower is small .but i liked the hotel thankyou

Unhelpful staff! They couldn’t help with dinner reservations, couldn’t make change,…
The room had no aircondition and was hot. The window had to be open and the restaurant downstairs had noise until 11:30. The bathroom had such a small sink the you could barely fill your water bottle in it. There was barely a place to put your toothbrush. This hotel was expensive and offered no amenities. Breakfast was 15 Euro more per person per day Behind the door was ripped wallpaper. This hotel did not set a good tone for our visit to Bologna!

we had only one night stay, but enjoyed our stay fully. very convenient, clean and staff were friendly and helful. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Although I tried to speak Italian it was easier to converse in English as their English was better than my italian.

Very eclectic decor and a perfect boutique size hotel. An easy walk to City Center, but the area around the hotel had coffee shops, wine bars, one of the best gelato shops in Bologna(Sfintina) and an outstanding restaurant next door.

Easy to find. Parking was free but a tight squeeze. Comfy bed and a jetted tub, room is small. Only complaint was sound proofing. The guy in the next room made phone calls until 11:45 pm and you could almost hear both sides of the call.

Due to language difficulties I was charged for an extra day. I checked out very early on the day in question and even though I was told they would credit back my credit card they never did.

This place is spectacular! Top to bottom. Breakfast was fantastic a well. Close to train, the staff is great and the price is reasonable. Will be back.

The VIP Perk was only for parking. We didn’t drive so useless. There should be at least a back up perk in these cases.
