Service was great. Room was fine except for the bathroom. Bathroom showed signs of water leak and shoddy repairs. Bathroom Fan was noisy. Sensor light in bathroom stayed on for a long time after no one was in it.

The desk staff when we checked in was amazing. Super friendly and accommodating, very helpful, and I felt at ease. He made sure our room was Prepped and ready and took our long journey into consideration. I would definitely stay there again! My teenage son asked if there could be a waffle maker for breakfast. That’s the only recommendation

The property is decent for a quick business trip. I stayed twice in two weeks. I checked out and back in between stays. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms vary greatly in quality and cleanliness. My first stay was on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and well maintained. The second stay started on the 2nd floor, and the room was like it was in a completely different hotel. In the 2nd floor the room was terrible. It smelled and the door didn’t close completely. The staff moved me to a different room, on the 2nd floor, and it wasn’t an improvement. The TV didn’t work and room was worn out. I finally requested a room on the third floor and my request was granted. Again, it was like a different hotel all together. The room was clean and well maintained. I am not sure, but I believe the hotel tries to keep the lower floors occupied first. The rooms are occupied more and show signs of maintenance issues. Request the 3rd floor!

Not a good stay ,bed not good at all did not want to complain after I had to move my room twice, because microwave was bent all the way in on top. A man from customer service move us to another room, which the door would not close properly you could see inside very unsafe. Finally we got a room with that was ok. Except white stains on the chairs they look permanent thank you and the carpet has stains also

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room is spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. It has a flat and big TV. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Very kind and helpful employees. Delicious breakfast. For us, everything was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.
