Had some issues with the door code when checking in but we were helped within 10min. The bed was comfortable, but no tv or radio in the space. Not very sound proof from outside but it’s a calm area so not too noisy. The bathroom is next to the bed and not soundproof at all… Coffe place and food/lunch nearby!

Ease of access. Good price for 3 persons else not the perfect choice for two. But the bed was of poor quality, air circulation not good in the underground level. Window and door insulation poor.

If you've been wondering how does it feel to sleep in a shoe box, then this is the place for you! Very limited light coming in, a sensational feeling of being trapped. Think twice before booking if you are claustrophobic.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Despite having received the code to open the door to my room in advance it didn't work when I arrived. I had been travelling for hours, I was tired and just wanted to put away my luggage and have a shower so it was quite stressful and annoying to have to deal with it. Luckily it was resolved within 15 minutes but only because I managed to get hold of somebody who was still in the office, who could reprogram the door remotely. I had booked a room facing the courtyard as I am sensitive to noise so I assumed the courtyard would be quieter than facing the street. The courtyard was lovely with lots of green plants but there was no light coming in to the flat. With the cement walls and grey kitchen it made me feel like I was living in a bunker and I had to have the lights on all the time, even during the day. The flat is very cleverly furnished and it doesn't feel small.

Clean, cosy, lovely location, easy to check-in. Small space but had everything we needed. Well.... nearly everything. No mugs for tea, only tiny espresso cups. I do understand that in Sweden coffee is everything, but for tourists - mugs please:)!

I could not have had a greater time in Malmö/Copenhagen, and Ohboy Hotell has its share. A tiny but modern loft which provided a well equipped kitchen (upstairs) and a very comfortable bed and a spacy bathroom (downstairs). In fact, I felt as having my own castle. Most remarkable is that a bike was included in the prince which allowed me to go quickly to each corner of Malmö. Even greater, as the bike is foldable, it can be taken on the train to Copenhagen for free. All in all, I am happy to have chosen Malmö as place to stay (instead of Copenhagen), as Malmö (especially the area of Västra Hamnen where the hotel is located) appeared to me way more relaxed and chilled and I loved to be so close to the sea and the promenades. Last but not least I want to highlight the exceptional friendliness of the reception personnel, they always did their best to support me and gave great advices. So, thanks a lot to the Ohboy team - I will chose this hotel again if I will visit Malmö once more.

The room was perfect for our needs (2 adults and a 10yo)! The hotel is located in what seems to me like one of Malmö's best areas, if you're into architecture, skateboarding and different sea side activities like wake boarding etc. The skate park just opposite the hotel is impressively big and great for skaters of any age.

Lovely compact loft with lots of fun touches such as the hammock. Only downside is that the toilet towels could be cleaner.

The room was clean and comfortable. With access to a bike it was very close to the city centre and other amenities. Having only one bike per room was a bit of an inconvenience but we were able to rent cheaply from a local bike share company.

Great alternative to standard Hotel if with family. Convenient with bike to each apartment.

The concept of the hotel is really nice and the apartments look really nice. They are not really big, so I would recommend this place for either solo travellers or couples, but not families. The bed is really comfy and everything is clean. However some basic things were missing in the kitchen such as a kettle, some oil or butter to cook with, handsoap in the kitchen and a brush to quickly do the dishes instead of the dish washer. I had a very unpleasant experience too, as I was locked out of my apartment on the morning I was supposed to leave. I was taking out the trash, but when I returned the door code wasn't working anymore and my stuff was still inside. I tried to call the reception multiple times, but no one was answering. The reception was supposed to be open at 10 am, but the person was 20 minutes late due to a meeting??? So I had to wait outside for an hour and I wasn't able to reach anybody. I think this is unacceptable. What if this would have happened in late at night? There would be nobody who can help you.

It was clean and inexpensive for our last nights of vacation. Kitchenette, nearby groceries, near water with beautiful boats, Wayne’s coffee next door were all pluses.

Great location with supermarket nearby and central station and town Center 20 min walk away, clean and well equipped apartment, great value for the price
