Did not like the breakfast. The eggs and sausage did not taste good. Found someone who cooks worse than I do. At least, I can eat my own cooking. Went to an IHOP further north on 501. Much better

Our shower would not drain. Water to mid calves. Terrible. Pressed for time Person came to attempt to un clog. No luck Was rude and slammed door when she left Her name Mist No customer service Send another person Continually had to ask him to get off his phone Did get shower unplugged

Only stayed one night. rooms were clean. The other guest were so noisy.

Extremely disappointed and feel ripped off. We had an unexpected flight delay which didn't allow us to arrive to the area before 1:30AM... being that the hotel information listed on our reservation indicated check-in was only available until 12:00AM, we called to cancel, letting them know we couldn't make it before the cutoff. No one ever said at that point that we could still show up later, only that the decision making manager on refunds wasn't there at that time and we should send an email requesting the refund. Did that only to find out the next day he declined to refund... Customer service goes a long way... if we'd have been offered a late checkin we would've come anyways, but instead paid for a room at a different hotel with 24 hr checkin. I've called multiple times to speak to the manager and he's never on property and won't return my calls... not very professional if you ask me! One thing for sure is I'll never book here again!

Here is an honest review. The staff was wonderful. The room was quite dirty in places. There are very sketchy people staying at the hotel. I was awakened by someone down the hall throwing a garbage bin into someones door yelling to give them their money. It was most likely a p-tute. Not the staffs fault, but it took 20 mins for the cops to come and I could not fall back asleep at 430am. This was last minute so it is what it is. They could easily make this place better. Be very careful.

Privately owned hotel with Radisson name pasted on. They read outloud and make you sign multiple releases for property damage, theft, additional security fees and facilty charge of $10.00 for booking through second party (expedia) websites. Scammers. Feel like you being booked into jail. Place is filthy. Elevator hasnt been wiped down in years. Theres a menu in bathroom for the cost of each item in room? Really? Sketch city. Never staying here again. Radisson should take their name off this one.
