Our stay was good, although the back door doesn't stay locked and the key thing to get in the back door does not work. There are many houseless people in the area and once the find out the doors are open all night they will find a place to stay in there.

My arrival around 7pm. Danny the 3 to 11 manager was friendly and curious. He opened the doors while I was rolling in my suitcase. I was using crutches and he took my bag to my room. He put on the lights and turned on the heater. He was a great help. He also opened doors for me. Thank you for being so helpful. Victor the 7 to 3 manager checked me out on Friday. He brought my suitcase outside to my car.

Less than I expected. Door was not well sealed, noisy from outside and in the corridor. No microwave or mini fridge in the room and no breakfast. Won't stay here again.

The outside of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The area has many nice hotels, but the vibe of the area is a bit questionable. The room itself was nice. Looked recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was coffee and a packaged donut. Not at all desirable.

What we didn't like was there were people hanging out in the parking lot right outside the window to our room with a BBQ grill, playing music and talking loudly. We didn't mind at first but at 10:30 at night we had to call the front desk. The staff promptly told them to leave, In addition the drain in the shower didn't open so the water couldn't drain and the hair dryer only worked on the low mode.

Controls on the air conditioner were illegible. No pad of paper to make notes on. Some of the plugs were so loose that I couldn't keep my charging plugs in them. Had to use the plugs in the bathroom to charge my electronics

The beds were uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work. There was a fake nail on the floor. There was no water pressure in the shower. The ceiling had a leak and looked like it was going to burst through the paint.

The staff was as nice as could be. But people congregating outside at night were loud. I’m not sure if it was from this property or from the convenience store next door. Certainly, this was not within the proprietor’s control. Regardless, it was still an issue.

Unfortunately, the water in the shower was Luke warm, the toilet seat was loose, the sink had a very slow drain.
The lock on the door wasn’t operating properly.
No tissues in room.
Coffe was good but the breakfast was not good. Only had granola bars, donut, and apples. No pool.
For the price we paid , we were very disappointed.
