A wonderful stay, everything was clean and safe, parking is free and in a safe neighborhood.

We stayed here in May 2024 for a Disneyland trip and loved the convenience of being just a 20-minute walk from the park. We even decided to book this hotel for our next two trips. However, our experience this past weekend (November 15, 2024) was extremely disappointing. When we checked in, we were blindsided by a $22/night+tax parking fee, totaling over $51 for two nights. This felt like a hidden fee because there was no prior notice about this policy change. The receptionist claimed the fee was introduced in July 2023, but we were never informed, and this was not mentioned anywhere during our booking process. We already have a reservation for late November, and now it’s too late to cancel without penalty. That means we’ll have to pay another $51+ for parking again, which has left us feeling frustrated and upset. It’s unacceptable for loyal customers to be caught off guard by additional charges like this. Please update your website and booking platforms immediately to clearly inform your customers about this parking fee. Transparency matters! Until this issue is resolved, we will strongly reconsider staying here for future trips.

Every time we travel to Disney we love to book cortona because of the kids suite. But these past two times I have not had a good experience. In 2023 we got a room that smell like poop and we asked to get moved and they couldn’t until the next day. This year comes to find out the they charge $20+ for parking per night and breakfast is not as good as before anymore.

We visited for a family Disneyland vacation. We had a great stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was a good place to relax while the kids needed naps.

For the price and where it was located I would stay again .I do feel they need to pick up trash daily I was throwing it out daily because we had a-lot of garbage and I bought my own toilet paper they didn't replenish daily or bring towels they did let me know that when in booked the room online that housekeeping would be every 3 days so I was aware I do think it needs to be daily . At check-in/check out was an easy process and all staff was amazing and friendly . My family loved the breakfast and we would definitely stay again at our next trip to Disney Thank you Cortona

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was really comfortable, quiet, clean, and the best part…. A 8-10 minute walk to Disneyland!

Our stay didn’t include much contact with staff. Just for check in/out. Conditions were were sufficient and comfortable. Supplied with amenities and breakfast.

The room was clean- the sheets thin and worn. Breakfast included was terrible- eggs, potato, sweet cereals, and bread… all poor quality. Reception friendly and helpful.

We were hoping to get in a room early but they didn’t have any rooms available yet when we came in at 11 o’clock the girl was very efficient and had our rooms ready right away with the room keys so we didn’t have to wait. It’s always clean always a good breakfast Very close to Disney highly recommend..

My family has been going to this hotel for about 7 years. We will be looking for a new Goto hotel moving forward. For reference my sister stayed in the hotel most of our trip. Sunday - check in was quick and easy. They let us pick our floor. But hit us with an unexpected charge for parking. Granted 28 dollars a day isnt back..but when you arent expecting that extra charge for 4 nights. It adds up. Monday - we had water dripping into our room from the ceiling. Apparently the people with the kids left the water running when they checked out. Well my sister called the front desk, they gave her 2 options, stay in the same room or be relocated possibly on the 3rd floor. They found a vacent room on the first floor which is where we perfer. But didnt even offer to help her relocate. Monday night in the new room, we were woken up twicebecause someone kept calling our hotel room and hanging up. I wentto tve front desk and they told me to just unplug the phone. Tuesday- I realized i had a 400 dollar charge on my card, causing my account to go negative. I went to investigate withthe front desk. The lady told me she didnt see it and there was no charge. I told her my frustration and she decided to "investigate " she said finance told her they had an authorized charge for the 400. Which i didnt authorize. She told me the money would be back in my acount in 1-2 days. My best advice..CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT DURING YOUR STAY.

Had a perfectly fine stay at the hotel. However I have to dock a star because I find the idea of paying to park at your hotel ridiculous, and $25 at that. I've never had to pay for parking at the hotel I'm staying at and think that's insane.

Overall the stay was good. The breakfast area was nice and big with great food options. The location is close to Disney and dining options. The only downside was that the walls are very thin. Did not get any good nights rest as there were so much noise. You can hear everyone talking and walking by.

Easy check-in and great location to parks. Great customer service and rooms were nice.

It was a comfortable place. I recommend anyone attending any nearby place to stay here.

The hotel was reasonably priced. I stayed there thinking that it was a different place. Noticed a weird odor but it wasn’t bad, since we only were in the room to sleep.
