Room had two Cockroachs running around the blinds, eventually they sent someone to kill them, kids didnt sleep for the night worse of all next day on checkout spoke to the manager zero appreciation for the issue just a they must have got in when they cleaned the room this can happen, bearing in mind we were on a forth floor and there were two of them in the room, doubt they got in though the window, either way not a postive experience!

Dream castle is convenient for Disney Paris the shuttle offers a regular service to and from the parks if you are prepared to be pushed and shoved by rude ignorant people. Yes you are captive to the restaurant which only offers a buffet at night and doesn’t suit all tastes - there are bar snacks available but nothing exciting - breakfast is included and is adequate again you might just have to battle the hoards. The rooms are a reasonable size we had 3 adults and a child which was okay as we weren’t there to spend time in the hotel just to go to Disney - for its purpose it is quite fine but definitely not a holiday destination hotel

As a New Yorker we are not easily impressed, however Dream Hotel met our expectations far and beyond. From the moment you walk in the hotel smell captivates you. It's literally like walking into a dream. The front desk gentleman was beyond helpful and went out of his way to help us. Our room had a beautiful view. The shuttle service was very accessible. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the pizza from the hotel, it wasn't that good and it was expensive. Lastly, the blond bartender that services the restaurant was not very nice. She seemed annoyed at simple questions and her service was very poor. Since, we really didn't visit the bar, we didn't let her attitude affect us but for future guests this might represent an inconvenience. In any case, this hotel is a must stay when near Disneyland Paris and very affordable compared to Disney Hotels. Good job, Dream Hotel, we look forward to visiting you again in a near future. ♥️

Pretty grounds in this hotel close to Disney. Shuttle was extremely packed and sometimes made extra stops in the morning and sometimes did not. Bar was packed in the evening with loud children. Kind of wish the bar was separated from a family lounge area.

When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room. The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.) The breakfast was also a massive let down. In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon. No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes. Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star. The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.

Lovely hotel and very convenient for a Disneyland trip. Quiet surroundings and good sized rooms. Complimentary shuttle bus was very hard to get as so busy serving multiple hotels- and usually just one or two in operation at one time, very poor service particularly at park closing. Housekeeping service only attempt once per day so if you were in the room at the time housekeeping will not try again and your room will not be cleaned - NOT a 4 star hotel service. Overall a good stay and would book again.

It was good

The hotel was magical, spotlessly clean and perfect location. The shuttles were convenient, every 15 minutes with a countdown to the next bus in the reception. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, busy but food constantly replenished. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Great location for Disneyland. Only 10 mins ride from hotel on a free shuttle bus service. Spacious reception area, very nicely set up and clean room. Staff were very helpful. Nice play areas and indoor pool for children. Great breakfast. We had a wonderful 3 days stay at the hotel. Highly recommended with children.

This property was u believably quiet to be so close to Disneyland… maybe 10 minutes from their free shuttle service, as well as to the train station. I literally felt like I was on the set of Bridgerton - that was the vibe! The included breakfast was also delicious. I am a big fan of staying at a Disney branded hotel, but the ambience, breakfast, outdoor gardens and pool, and the price womb me over.

During the Olympic 2024 Pairs I need to escape that hustle. I’ve been this hotel 6 years ago. Now it's old even the new outdoor pool was finished. People forget Disney cuz the Paris Disney is not worth its ticket price like this hotel.
