Awesome place! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious. The location was easy to reach and everything in town was walkable. Overall would recommend this place. Will definitely come back when in Bamberg next time!

It was about a 15 minute walk to this hotel from the Bamberg Hbf, but it is close to the Old Town, and it was very clean and quiet. Speedy check in and check out.

good and quiet hotel, little overrated, claims to be 4 stars but does not even have kettle or coffee maker in the room, no restaurant service either....all the rest worked well

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. We arrived in Bamberg on Sunday morning (well before check-in) and were able to store our luggage and we were also given a map of Old Town and a list of cafes that we could visit while we waited for our check-in time. The room was lovely and spacious, and the air conditioning was a nice surprise (and very welcome with the unusually warm weather. The breakfast was also great with lots of choices and a large, comfortable eating area (you could even eat outside in their garden area). And again I cannot say enough about the hotel staff - very pleasant and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and if we are ever back in the area it will be my first choice.

Great location! We could easily walk to the Old Town to sightsee. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location to see Bamberg. Close to everything. Room was large and comfortable. AC was amazing and not all hotels have this. However summers are getting warmer and you want this to sleep well at night. Staff was super friendly and we recommend the amazing breakfast buffet.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite! The breakfast cost and selection were amazing! We will definitely be back for another stay but for a longer period.
