The woman who checked us in didn't want to be bothered. The room smelled like dog. Overall, the hotel is shabby and needs some repairs. The breakfast was decent. I would never stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I wish I had written her name down. A+

The staff was curious and helpful. The outside of building is very nice and modern, but the rooms look like they could use some updating. The room was still comfortable and served us adequately. When we arrived in the room we noticed an oder like food leftover. The staff quickly took care to remove the oder while we we out. Breakfast was nice and convenient. More parking areas might be helpful. I would stay there again.

Outside it has been upgrades rooms need some updates. Room i was in was musty smelling and considering it was for a handicap i would have expected the room to be more accommodating. Bathroom has drain which i suspect is where smell was coming from but shower was needs some CLR against them and the curtain.

Definitely not kept up. Room was pretty trashy and really beat up. Door didn't close without a lot of slamming it.

The bathroom was very dirty, there were cobwebs all over, the walls were filthy. The tub looked like it had been cleaned but the sink did not, the vent above the tub was so covered in dust, it was just caked on. The sheets looked to have been changed but there were cables running on top of the wardrobe thing and what I assume was the router or something was dangling from above the tv. There were people hanging outside of the doors, not for just a smoke break but for multiple hours just sitting on the curb.

The pictures online was different then in person. The room didn’t have a clean smell to it. I saw spiders and drain flies in the bathroom. The pictures of the bathroom showed a full bathroom with a tub, when we walked in it looked like a locker room. It in fact not only did not have a tub but the shower floor was connected with the toilet so we had to wash up with our crocs on. It was hair in the bathroom and under the mattress. It was the worst experience of my life. I have paid for better hotels for half the price I paid for staying at this place. It needs to be shut down immediately. I did not get pictures because I couldn’t stand to have that disaster saved in my phone

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well.
