This was our third time staying here. Just LOVE IT! Love sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the weather! Staff was awesome.

Well, Marriott is a very recognized name, and you expect excellent things from them. I would not say that I was there. there were a couple of things that I was surprised about. As this property is in the 200 to 300 price range for a midsize town in Michigan, I was expecting a little bit more. As I am somewhat mobility challenged, I booked a handicap room. I was surprised to see a regular size tub shower combination. Upon inquiring about it, I was told that if I wanted the lower entry type shower, I would have had to Book a wheelchair type shower. They said that the handycapped designation only means it has extra grab bars. Also the in room refrigerator was nice, however I would have also appreciated a small microwave. In addition there was no type of continental breakfast of any kind included with the price. Maybe I was just expecting too much. I will say the on site parking was very nice, and I did have a very nice stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The lobby and rooms were clean and looked updated. It was close to several local shops and restaurants.

Everything was great. I loved the location in downtown Holland. The hot tub with its part indoor part outdoor was a treat. This is the third time I have been here

The rooms were very clean and updated, the best I’ve seen in a while. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved being right on the Main Street of town where shops and dining were just steps away. The outdoor balcony was a huge bonus, with a great view of downtown. The best part was swimming in the pool and sitting in the indoor/outdoor hot tub. I was surprised to see the pool area open until midnight, and we took advantage and had a late night swim. The only thing that would have made it better was a complimentary breakfast, although the cafe downstairs has options for purchase. Overall it was a great stay and I will be back in the future.

everyone was so nice! and the pool and hot tub area were so relaxing. the spaces around the lobby area were peaceful and calming.

Very convenient and accessible. Did not like the difficulty of getting and maintaining internet connection . lack of television programming unless you sign in somewhere and use your own. My travel friend had no tv working at all but did receive minimal credit. I registered for 2 nights, Wed- Thur, Why was 2nd night $20 higher price. Probably will not repeat stay for the price of amenities offered

Simple review, Paid for a room, upon check in was told that room wasn’t available. They wanted us to downgrade at our cost. I cussed the kid out at the desk, 2 minutes later they “found” the room I paid for was available. They simply wanted us to take a cheap room so they could book another guest into our more expensive room.
