They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. Definitely would come here again.

Hotel Regina is a tasteful boutique hotel in a great location close to attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to the Prado Museum, Botanic Garden and Reina Sofia Art Gallery. The Hotel breakfast package is a generous assortment of cold and hot buffet items. Finally, their staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had a good stay at the HR and would return next time I visit Madrid.

Hotel Regina in Madrid is in central downtown area. Very convenient for travellers and sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and only 10-15 minutes walk from main shopping streets. It’s also near the Sol square with about 5 mins walk. I would no doubt stay again in this hotel if I visit the capital again.

From the time we were greeted on arriving by taxi this was an excellent stay. We were upgraded to a room with a terrace. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were really clean and have high ceilings which is a plus. Their breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of foods to choose from. The hotel was close to almost all the attractions which makes it easy to walk around the city. I really enjoyed my stay with them their customer service was outstanding.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Traveling solo it was important to be in a location close to sites and shopping. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all extremely kind and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, more than I expected for a hotel breakfast. We felt safe and loved that it was centrally located to many of the places we wanted to see. I have no doubt if I am lucky enough to return to Madrid, I will be staying here!

The perfect hotel for a visit to Madrid! Excellent location, within walking distance to most attractions and a metro station right at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service was great, 5 star service! The breakfast was very tasty. We will return and choose this hotel without a doubt!

Such an amazing find of a hotel. Located just behind Gran Via. The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was helpful and polite, and was always smiling. I would stay again in a heartbeat though the room was not v large. This was even an upgraded room due to hotels.com membership!

Easy access to Metro station, and for walking around Madrid and shopping. Staff was helpful for our travel to soccer stadium. Breakfast had variety of options. Room was very nice, and I loved the shower. The day we checked out there was construction in the lobby but I didn’t hear any construction noise from our room. I would stay again.
