The facilities were old & the kettle even leaked but the beds were comfortable & the room smelt clean.
The other guests were noisy (particularly above) were extreme noisy late at night when my 2x young daughters & I were trying to sleep after me driving all day & needing to drive the following day.

Great room, very spacious and well equipped including a microwave. Good value. Booked a queen room and got a king which was very comfy, also had a little lounge area, loved our stay.

This motel like many others in small towns and rural areas in Australia is quite old and hard to modernise. So room and bathroom are small and facilities hard to equate with 21st cent expectations. However the room as very clean, seemed freshly painted and we enjoyed a very comfortable kingsized bed. There are no meals available but there is a tavern next door . The manager /proprietor was very pleasant and welcoming on our rather late arrival. Traffic noise was bearable at night .

Perfect place to stop during long drives. Nice, quiet area while right near the highway. The room has everything you could need if you're stopping by for a night or two, and the bed was magnificent!

Very clean & tidy easy check in after reception hrs. Only negative would be showers were not hot e ough. Otherwise very good overall.

Ask for room 11 as it’s the newest renovated and updated room

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, it's not one of the newest motel's around but it is well kept and very clean. I've had two visits to the Chaparral and both times I had a good experience.
