This was an incredible hotel, here for a big meeting so used most of the facilities. If you are in Dar Es Salaam I’d certainly recommend staying here.

Vert comfortable beds and one of the few hotels in Tanzania with a hot tub. Nevertheless, the service level doesn't match the esthetic. We had yo ask several times to get a few things in our room situated. It was eventually handled by the manage but cost us a sunset viewing. They need better protocols of service.

Comfortable stay, the seaview was fulled with container shipment though so it didn't feel as scenic, but that is not Hyatt's issue.

Our stay was excellent from arrival to checkout. The security was top notch you felt secure from checking every car and every visitor, but also the room cards only allowing you to go onto your own floor or common area. The food was amazing and the complimentary breakfast buffet was very tasty. The bedding was soft and amazing quality. I loved everything about it, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from my window was amazing, I would definitely recommend getting a room with a sea view. I definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be staying here next time I am in Dar.

Our stay was excellent from arrival to checkout. Superb 5 star hotel in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly and attentive and facilities great including a lovely pool area overlooking the harbour and a brill rooftop bar also with fantastic views. Location was also great with walking access to all downtown sights including the amazing fish market nearby

The hotel is very clean the staff is so nice and very attentive , and respectful . Bernard Omary , ibrahim and Stephen are wonderful people . I will definitely comeback again

We had a wonderful stay at your property with the excellent help from your staff. A few good mentions are: Himmat, Newton, Ramadani, Christina, and Zulfa in the restaurant. Hassan helping with bags. So many others who helped out but I did not get their names. Not one complaint.

The property was amazing. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was always good. I love it. This will be the only hotel i stay at when visiting Dar es Salaam

I had a great experience for visiting my first time. The staff was exceptional and my room was amazing. The only problem i had firing my time in Tanzania was the nonstop rain and flooding. Other than that the trip was amazing. I couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay in.
