Myself and 2 friends had a triple room. The en-suite within the room has frosted doors that aren’t sealed so not only can you see silhouettes when showering/going to the toilet, there no sound proofing. This can make it very awkward for couples or friends. This was the only complaint for the hotel. There was a great selection for breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location couldn’t have been better. Everything is walkable!

What nice staff. Hotel was a bit dated and smelled like smoke. The price was surprising based on other hotels in area.

Reception staff, were amazing. Helpful and couldn’t do more to help. Parking is costly and the prices need to be made clearer before booking. Very tight and small spaces. Pet friendly- the reason why I booked. However there was no mention of the additional cost of 25Euros when making the booking. Cost brought to my attention when checking in. Think the cost of a pet should be on the hotels information before booking. Hotel bar and restaurant was awful. Service unbelievably slow, limited menu and the food is clearly pre packaged, heated up then served. We could hear the food being microwaved and taken out of its “ready meal” packaging. Partners lasagne was ok, my pulled pork sandwich was stone cold and couldn’t eat it. Don’t think I will stay again.

The booking does not provide information on parking - once we had found the garage underneath the hotel, it was full, we had to buzz reception and it took us 40 minutes with an out of service street parking meter to find a street spot and work out how to pay and park. The room was nice and clean. Tea/coffee provisions were a bit measly - we were given two coffee pods but one was decaf.

The air vent for the room had a fair bit of dust on it - easily seen and cleaned if anyone looked or cared. The e bed was comfortable. We didn’t have a room facing the river but it was comfy and quiet for my family. Didn’t have breakfast or meals but location was great for walking to the old town or just across the white bridge to access everything else. Short walk to funicular with supermarket there. Staff were very friendly and professional.
