The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to. It is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. The staff is professional and very helpful. They helped us arrange a water taxi to the airport on a short notice even during the busy film festival.

The room was small but very well maintained, in a great location, and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room for a family of 4. The room had 3 beds in tight quarters but everything in the room was well maintained and laid out. The location was convenient to walk to the main tourist areas without being crowded.

Great location for many tourist attractions, st Marco, Dodges palace, Ponte de Rialto etc. many good restaurants and shopping places nearby.

We loved being close to St Mark’s Square. Our room was great, with excellent air conditioning. We had a lovely breakfast and the staff was so nice. We would loved to have had more time there.

Great , quaint property that was centrally located and with a staff that was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfortable and a great morning breakfast as well. Definitely a good value. Would recommend for a few nights in Venice.

Close to everything (St. Marks, 5 min walk, open market, 15) My husband and I went walking around @ 2130 and again @ 0700 and it was safe and really neat. As square was empty. Lots of pop up restaurants close by. Family that runs it was very nice and breakfast was good.would recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was small, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Loved Venice!

When I arrived I was shown to a very tiny single bedroom with the “private bathroom” outside the room and off the hallway next to another guest room. I declined to accept it was a “private bathroom” given I would have had to leave the bedroom to access it. Very disappointed there was not full disclosure on your website. I then had to pay the full amount as I had booked the room through your site. I left and chose to stay another hotel.

The staff was nice, the location was amazing and breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, cereal multiple fruits, breads and meats and cheese. Location super close to st marks square, central canal, food and shopping! Loved it!
