Location and hotel is very good. Staff needs better training, indicated a service was included on checking in and voided it when checking out resulting in an unsuspected charge back ruining the overall stay.

Extremely comfortable room, very clean, the hotel staff were so polite and courteous. The breakfast was tasty and very varied and the hotel in general was spotless. The location was also perfect. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Spacious room, good shower and A/C (tiny heatwave). We spent a couple of nights here, and liked the atmosphere very much.

We had a nice mini getaway here - the staff were really lovely with the check in being perfect. The only small comment I have is that it would be lovely to provide bubble bath to the rooms that have a bath. The food was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here

This was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend to stay for the first time together, it had everything and the staff were incredibly kind. I want to go back here, which I don't think I've ever done in any hotel before! Thanks for everything Pillows!
